Accessibility program team
Subject matter experts across the organization advocate for accessibility and train employees on best practices.
Design system updates
Regular reviews and updates to the design system and code bases to meet the latest accessibility standards.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility improvements are treated as ongoing work, not a one-time checklist.
Practical guidance (for reporters)
When reporting an issue, include the product, page URL, steps to reproduce, expected vs actual behavior, and any assistive technology used (screen reader/browser).
