WMS Support Engineer

Provide production support, configuration, and enhancement services for Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms supporting enterprise distribution and logistics operations.

- Provide L2/L3 support for WMS applications, troubleshooting issues, and resolving production incidents.
- Configure and maintain WMS workflows, data models, forms, reports, and integrations.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, IT, logistics, and business teams to gather requirements and implement WMS enhancements.
- Perform root-cause analysis for WMS issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, training materials, and change-management practices for WMS environments.
- Support upgrades, patches, testing, and continuous improvement for WMS platforms.
Required experience
- 4+ years of experience with WMS platforms in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Experience with WMS configurations, customizations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Good SQL, scripting, and debugging skills for WMS-related technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with operations and cross-functional teams.
Preferred experience
- Experience with Manhattan WMS, Oracle WMS, SAP WM/EWM, or other enterprise WMS platforms.
- Experience with barcode scanning, RFID, automation, robotics, or material-handling systems.
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, or high-volume distribution-center operations.
