Lead WMS architecture, design, implementation, and support for multi-site warehouse and distribution operations.
Configure and maintain WMS platforms for inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and labor management.
Establish WMS standards, best practices, data models, workflows, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with warehouse operations, IT, logistics, and business teams to deliver reliable and scalable WMS capabilities.
Lead incident response, performance tuning, monitoring, and continuous improvement for WMS platforms.
Mentor analysts and engineers, conduct design reviews, and drive adoption of WMS and integration best practices.

Required experience

7+ years of experience with WMS platforms in enterprise warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Experience with WMS implementations, configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting in complex environments.
Solid experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting, and debugging for WMS-related issues.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred experience

Experience with Manhattan WMS, Oracle WMS, SAP WM/EWM, or other enterprise WMS platforms.
Experience with barcode scanning, RFID, automation, robotics, or material-handling systems.
Experience in retail, ecommerce, or high-volume distribution-center operations.
