Define and lead enterprise Warehouse Management System (WMS) architecture, strategy, and governance for global distribution and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

Define WMS architecture, roadmap, and governance aligned with supply-chain strategy and enterprise technology standards.
Design end-to-end WMS solutions integrating warehouse operations, inventory, order fulfillment, transportation, and labor management.
Evaluate WMS platforms, modules, extensions, and integration patterns for scalability, security, and maintainability.
Lead architecture reviews, design decisions, and technical standards across WMS implementation and support teams.
Collaborate with logistics, operations, IT, and vendors to ensure WMS solutions deliver measurable business value.
Mentor architects, engineers, and consultants on WMS best practices, patterns, and operational excellence.

9+ years of experience with WMS platforms (Manhattan, Oracle, SAP, or similar) in architecture and leadership roles.
Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Experience designing large-scale WMS implementations, integrations, data migrations, and transformation programs.
Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience with cloud WMS platforms and hybrid architectures integrating on-premise and cloud systems.
Experience with automation, robotics, barcode/RFID, IoT, and real-time warehouse-data architectures.
Relevant WMS, supply-chain, or cloud certifications and experience in retail, ecommerce, or distribution industries.
