Support and optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations for the Southaven distribution center, ensuring efficient inventory, fulfillment, and logistics processes.

- Configure, maintain, and support WMS platforms for warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Analyze warehouse workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot WMS issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for inventory, order status, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, IT, logistics, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable WMS performance.
- Maintain documentation, training materials, runbooks, and change-management practices for WMS environments.
Required experience
- 4+ years of experience with WMS platforms in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Experience with WMS configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Good SQL, data-analysis, and debugging skills for WMS-related issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with operations and cross-functional teams.
Preferred experience
- Experience with Manhattan WMS, Oracle WMS, SAP WM/EWM, or other enterprise WMS platforms.
- Experience with barcode scanning, RFID, automation, robotics, or material-handling systems.
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, or high-volume distribution-center operations.
