- Lead R&D initiatives in AI/ML, exploring new algorithms, architectures, and techniques for enterprise applications.
- Design and prototype novel AI solutions including LLMs, agents, RAG systems, and advanced ML models.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to translate cutting-edge research into practical solutions.
- Publish research findings, file patents, and represent the company in technical and industry forums.
- Mentor engineers and data scientists on advanced AI/ML concepts, best practices, and innovation methodologies.
- Establish research governance, ethics, data-quality, and reproducibility standards for AI R&D.
Required experience
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development with strong research background and proven innovation outcomes.
- Deep expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Experience with LLMs, transformers, RAG, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, or AI-agent architectures.
- Strong programming skills in Python, data engineering, and cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred experience
- PhD or Master's degree in CS, ML, Data Science, or related fields with strong publication record.
- Experience leading research programs in industry or academia with measurable business impact.
- Track record of publications in top-tier conferences or journals and relevant patents.
