Senior AI/ML Engineer

- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Develop and optimize deep-learning, NLP, computer-vision, or recommendation models for production use cases.
- Build scalable ML infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns for AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Implement monitoring, observability, drift detection, and continuous improvement for ML models in production.
- Mentor engineers, establish best practices, and contribute to AI governance, security, and ethical-AI standards.
Required experience
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years focused on AI/ML development and deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and data-processing libraries.
- Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI) and MLOps practices.
- Solid understanding of data engineering, APIs, microservices, containers, and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and experience working in enterprise environments.
Preferred experience
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, or AI-agent architectures.
- Experience with real-time inference, streaming data, feature stores, or model governance platforms.
- Publications, open-source contributions, or advanced degrees in CS, ML, or related fields.
