- Design and implement AI/ML models, APIs, and services for production enterprise applications.
- Develop NLP, computer-vision, recommendation, or predictive-analytics solutions aligned with business needs.
- Build scalable data pipelines, feature stores, and model-serving infrastructure for AI workloads.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications, workflows, and user experiences.
- Monitor model performance, data quality, drift, and reliability in production environments.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver measurable AI-driven value.
Required experience
- 5+ years of software-engineering experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and data-processing libraries.
- Experience with cloud AI/ML services, APIs, containers, and microservices architectures.
- Solid understanding of data engineering, software design, testing, and production deployment practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in enterprise environments.
Preferred experience
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, or AI-agent architectures.
- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, feature stores, or real-time inference systems.
- Advanced degree in CS, ML, or related fields, or relevant industry certifications.
