- Define and execute a research roadmap aligned with business strategy, emerging technologies, and market trends.
- Lead research projects in AI/ML, data science, advanced analytics, or other strategic technology areas.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research into practical solutions and prototypes.
- Publish research findings, file patents, and represent the company in academic and industry forums.
- Build and mentor a team of researchers, data scientists, and engineers focused on innovation.
- Establish research governance, ethics, data-quality, and reproducibility standards.
Required experience
- 8+ years of experience in research, data science, or advanced technology roles with a strong publication or patent record.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, data science, algorithms, or related fields with proven research outcomes.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver impactful research.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- PhD or Master's degree in CS, ML, Data Science, or related fields preferred.
Preferred experience
- Experience leading research programs in industry or academia with measurable business impact.
- Experience with AI agents, LLMs, RAG, or advanced ML research areas.
- Track record of publications in top-tier conferences or journals and relevant patents.
