Oracle RMS Technical Analyst

Provide technical analysis, configuration, and support for Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) platforms supporting enterprise retail operations.

- Configure, maintain, and support Oracle RMS modules for merchandise management, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Analyze retail business requirements, design solutions, and implement RMS configurations and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain RMS integrations, reports, data loads, and workflows to support retail operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with retail operations, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable RMS performance.
- Maintain documentation, training materials, runbooks, and change-management practices for RMS environments.
Required experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle RMS or similar retail merchandising platforms.
- Strong understanding of retail processes including merchandising, pricing, promotions, inventory, and supply chain.
- Experience with Oracle RMS configurations, PL/SQL, reports, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Good SQL, data-analysis, and debugging skills for RMS-related technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with retail stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred experience
- Experience with Oracle Retail suite (RPM, REIM, RIB, WMS) or other enterprise retail platforms.
- Experience with retail integrations to ERP, ecommerce, POS, or supply-chain systems.
- Oracle Retail certifications and experience in retail, distribution, or consumer-goods industries.
