Implement, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules for enterprise manufacturing, distribution, and logistics operations.

- Configure and support Oracle EBS SCM modules including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, WIP, BOM, and Cost Management.
- Gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement SCM processes aligned with enterprise operational needs.
- Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, reports, and workflows to support supply-chain operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure reliable and efficient SCM operations.
- Maintain documentation, training materials, runbooks, and change-management practices for SCM environments.
Required experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules in implementation and support roles.
- Strong understanding of supply-chain processes including procurement, inventory, order management, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Experience with Oracle EBS configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Good SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging skills for SCM-related technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred experience
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12, advanced SCM features, or cloud SCM migration projects.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, OTBI, BI Publisher, or other Oracle reporting tools.
- Oracle EBS SCM certifications and experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries.
