Lead design, development, and operation of Order Management System (OMS) platforms supporting enterprise ecommerce, retail, and distribution operations.

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of OMS solutions for order capture, fulfillment, inventory, and returns.
- Integrate OMS with ecommerce platforms, ERP, WMS, payment gateways, shipping carriers, and customer-service systems.
- Establish OMS standards, best practices, data models, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and scalable order-management capabilities.
- Lead incident response, performance tuning, monitoring, and continuous improvement for OMS platforms.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive adoption of OMS and integration best practices.
Required experience
- 7+ years of experience with OMS, ecommerce, or retail technology platforms in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of order-management processes, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and returns workflows.
- Experience with OMS platforms such as Oracle OMS, Salesforce OMS, custom OMS, or similar solutions.
- Solid experience with integrations, APIs, messaging, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred experience
- Experience with high-volume ecommerce, omnichannel retail, or global order-management operations.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and real-time order processing.
- Relevant certifications in OMS, ecommerce, or cloud platforms.
