Define and lead enterprise Order Management System (OMS) architecture, strategy, and governance for global ecommerce, retail, and distribution operations.

- Define OMS architecture, roadmap, and governance aligned with commerce strategy and enterprise technology standards.
- Design end-to-end OMS solutions integrating order capture, fulfillment, inventory, pricing, payments, and customer service.
- Evaluate OMS platforms, modules, extensions, and integration patterns for scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead architecture reviews, design decisions, and technical standards across OMS implementation and support teams.
- Collaborate with commerce, operations, IT, and vendors to ensure OMS solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Mentor architects, engineers, and consultants on OMS best practices, patterns, and operational excellence.
Required experience
- 9+ years of experience with OMS, ecommerce, or retail technology platforms in architecture and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of order-management processes, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer-service workflows.
- Experience designing large-scale OMS implementations, integrations, data migrations, and transformation programs.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred experience
- Experience with Oracle OMS, Salesforce OMS, custom OMS, or similar enterprise order-management platforms.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, real-time order processing, and cloud platforms.
- Relevant OMS, ecommerce, or cloud certifications and experience in retail or distribution industries.
