- Design and execute test strategies for AI/ML models, neural networks, and intelligent automation systems.
- Validate model accuracy, fairness, robustness, explainability, and performance across diverse data scenarios.
- Build automated testing frameworks for data quality, model validation, drift detection, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate quality practices into ML pipelines.
- Define and enforce AI governance, ethics, compliance, and risk-management standards for production AI systems.
- Investigate production AI issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Required experience
- 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering with 2+ years focused on AI/ML or data-intensive systems.
- Strong understanding of ML concepts, model evaluation metrics, data quality, and testing methodologies.
- Experience with Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and test-automation tools.
- Solid knowledge of data engineering, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms for AI workloads.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills in enterprise environments.
Preferred experience
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems testing and validation.
- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, feature stores, or AI governance platforms.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, quality engineering, or data science.
