- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from discovery and design through implementation and adoption.
- Define solution architectures, roadmaps, and business cases aligned with client strategies and outcomes.
- Manage client stakeholders, expectations, governance, and delivery excellence across complex programs.
- Guide configuration, integration, customization, and testing of enterprise platforms and solutions.
- Mentor consultants and analysts, conduct reviews, and drive capability building across delivery teams.
- Support pre-sales, proposals, estimates, solution demos, and thought-leadership activities.
Required experience
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership for enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of business processes and technology platforms in areas such as ERP, CRM, ecommerce, data, or integration.
- Experience leading multi-workstream programs, managing stakeholders, and delivering measurable business value.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-presence skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites and work across time zones as needed.
Preferred experience
- Experience consulting in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services industries.
- Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, cloud transformations, or advanced analytics solutions.
- Relevant consulting, architecture, or cloud certifications.
