FlexPLM Support Engineer

Provide production support, configuration, and enhancement services for FlexPLM platforms supporting enterprise product-development and lifecycle-management operations.

- Provide L2/L3 support for FlexPLM applications, troubleshooting issues, and resolving production incidents.
- Configure and maintain FlexPLM workflows, data models, forms, reports, and integrations.
- Collaborate with product-development, engineering, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement PLM enhancements.
- Perform root-cause analysis for PLM issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, training materials, and change-management practices for PLM environments.
- Support upgrades, patches, testing, and continuous improvement for FlexPLM platforms.
Required experience
- 4+ years of experience with FlexPLM or similar PLM platforms in support or implementation roles.
- Strong understanding of product-lifecycle processes including BOMs, change management, workflows, and product-data management.
- Experience with FlexPLM configurations, customizations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Good SQL, scripting, and debugging skills for PLM-related technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with engineering and cross-functional teams.
Preferred experience
- Experience with Oracle FlexPLM, Agile PLM, or other enterprise PLM solutions.
- Experience with PLM integrations to ERP, CAD, MES, or other engineering and manufacturing systems.
- Relevant PLM certifications and experience in manufacturing, retail, or product-development industries.
