Provide advanced L3 support, configuration, and enhancement services for FDM4 (Financial Data Management) platforms supporting enterprise financial consolidation and reporting.

- Provide L3 support for FDM4 applications, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving high-severity production incidents.
- Configure and maintain FDM4 mappings, data loads, transformations, validations, and integration workflows.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement FDM4 enhancements.
- Perform root-cause analysis for FDM4 issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, training materials, and change-management practices for FDM4 environments.
- Support upgrades, patches, testing, and continuous improvement for FDM4 platforms.
Required experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle FDM4, HFM, FCCS, or related financial data-management platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, chart-of-accounts structures, and reporting requirements.
- Experience with FDM4 configurations, customizations, integrations, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Good SQL, scripting, and debugging skills for FDM4-related technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred experience
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, ODI, Data Management, or other enterprise financial platforms.
- Experience with automation, scripting, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code for financial environments.
- Relevant Oracle or financial-platform certifications.
