- Define ERP architecture, roadmap, and governance aligned with business strategy and enterprise technology standards.
- Design end-to-end ERP solutions integrating finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, and other core business functions.
- Evaluate ERP platforms, modules, extensions, and integration patterns for scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead architecture reviews, design decisions, and technical standards across ERP implementation and support teams.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and vendors to ensure ERP solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Mentor architects, engineers, and consultants on ERP best practices, patterns, and operational excellence.
Required experience
- 10+ years of experience with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) in architecture and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes including finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and HR.
- Experience designing large-scale ERP implementations, integrations, data migrations, and transformation programs.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred experience
- Experience with cloud ERP platforms (Oracle Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365) and hybrid architectures.
- Experience with integration architectures, APIs, event-driven patterns, and data-platform strategies.
- Relevant ERP, architecture, or cloud certifications and experience in global enterprise environments.
