- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Drive delivery of complex engineering projects across multiple teams, stakeholders, and timelines.
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, code quality, testing, and operational excellence.
- Partner with product, design, and business teams to define roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Build a strong team culture focused on ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, career development, and performance management for engineering talent.
Required experience
- 8+ years of software-engineering experience with 3+ years in a technical-lead or management role.
- Strong background in building and operating enterprise applications, platforms, or SaaS products.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex projects on time.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
Preferred experience
- Experience managing distributed or multi-location engineering teams.
- Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, ecommerce, or enterprise integration domains.
- Track record of building scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise systems.
