Configure, operate, monitor, and optimize CDN, edge-delivery, caching, routing, and web-performance capabilities.
Investigate latency, availability, caching, DNS, TLS, origin, traffic, and edge-security issues across production environments.
Work with engineering, security, infrastructure, and customer teams to improve website and API performance, resilience, and reliability.
Support incident response, root-cause analysis, change management, and continuous service improvement.
Maintain operational dashboards, runbooks, monitoring, alerting, documentation, and implementation standards.
Contribute to automation, infrastructure-as-code, security controls, cost optimization, and delivery governance.

Required experience

3+ years of experience in CDN, cloud infrastructure, network engineering, web performance, DevOps, or SRE.
Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS, caching, load balancing, traffic routing, and origin architecture.
Experience with cloud services, Linux, monitoring, incident troubleshooting, and production operations.
Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and a disciplined approach to reliability and security.

Preferred experience

Experience with Akamai, Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, Fastly, or another enterprise CDN platform.
Experience with WAF, DDoS protection, API security, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, or ecommerce platforms.
