Gather and document business requirements for ERP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state ERP solutions aligned with business needs.
Configure ERP modules, workflows, reports, and data models to support operational requirements.
Collaborate with IT, functional teams, and vendors to implement and test ERP changes.
Provide user training, documentation, and support for ERP systems and processes.
Monitor ERP performance, data quality, and adoption; recommend continuous improvements.

Required experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with focus on ERP platforms.
Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, procurement, or operations.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred experience

Experience with cloud ERP platforms and integration architectures.
Experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services industries.
Relevant ERP or business-analysis certifications.
